Our company participated in the Sweeney’s Corner Development project, one of the most significant redevelopment initiatives in the heart of Dublin.
Located in the attractive Liberties district, this project represents a modern and functional combination of student accommodation and build-to-rent apartments. The complex consists of four interconnected buildings ranging from 3 to 7 storeys, with a total of 235 student beds and 37 rental apartments.
The project includes numerous amenities such as a reception area, communal spaces, a café, a commercial unit, and green areas, including a rooftop garden. Special emphasis was placed on preserving cultural heritage through the restoration of Mill Street House, the last surviving example of traditional Dutch Billy architecture.
Our company played an important role in the implementation of this project, contributing to the quality and functionality of the final construction. We are proud to have been part of a team that successfully delivered such a complex and ambitious project, bringing added value and new life to the historic core of Dublin.
