CroBIM specializes in the development of digital 3D models of structural steel in a BIM environment. Following current construction industry trends, the company is expanding its operations into the design and construction of modular/prefabricated buildings from design to delivery.
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support the preparation and execution of modular (prefabricated) construction projects – from involvement in design stages through to coordination and delivery on site.
What you’ll do
- Participate in design development and preparation of cost estimates (BoQs)
- Coordination with suppliers
- Prepare execution plans, procurement schedules, and manage logistics
- Organise site activities and coordinate contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project documentation, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with clients, supervision, designers, and suppliers
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in project preparation and/or site execution (modular/prefabricated construction preferred, container units, modular offices, sanitary units, tourism accommodation units)
- Full driving licence (Category B) and willingness to work on site
- Professional titles (or willingness to obtain them)
- English language proficiency for technical communication
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (clients, supervision, contractors)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); AutoCAD is an advantage; MS Project/Primavera is a plus
