CroBIM d.o.o. specializes in the creation of digital 3D models of steel structures in a BIM environment.
In line with current trends in the construction industry, we are expanding our business to include the design and construction of modular/prefabricated buildings on a turnkey basis.
We are looking for a motivated civil engineer to participate in the preparation and management of modular building projects—from the design phase to the organization and coordination of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Participation in design and preparation of cost estimates (bill of quantities)
- Collaboration and communication with suppliers
- Preparation of execution plans, orders, and logistics
- Organization of construction sites and coordination of contractors/subcontractors
- Keeping the construction site diary, progress reports, and cost calculations
- Quality control and ensuring compliance with the project, standards, and regulations
- Coordination with investors, supervisors, designers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in construction preparation and/or site management (advantage: modular/prefabricated buildings)
- Category B driver’s license (field work required)
- Independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package (with emphasis on Excel)
- Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage
Preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience with steel structures
- Experience with modular solutions (container/modular offices, sanitary units, tourist accommodation units)
- Professional license or willingness to obtain one
- English language proficiency for technical communication
- Competitive salary (€2,300–€3,500, depending on experience)
